Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Serengeti Sopa Lodge is located in the very heart of Serengeti National Park in full bloom of its mustard, orange and terracotta facade. Not only do bold and festive colors of this place reflect the rich auburn of Tanzanian soils and benevolent warmth of the African sun, but also its ever joyful ambiance.

The dining room with an outdoor terrace will treat you to delicious meals and absolutely fantastic views of the savanna. Cool off in a huge pool right in front of the hotel or do your regular workout in the gym. Afterwards you can go up to the rooftop, grab a cocktail at the bar and, snugly sunk in the chair, watch the sun going down the horizon.

The rooms are big and spacious, tastefully furnished with everything a tired traveler might desire. Painted in the same bright colors as the facade, they create a warm and cozy atmosphere just like home. Each room has a terrace where you can relax and admire the absolute vastness of Serengeti plains interspersed with crowns of acacia trees.

Serengeti Sopa Lodge is located in Serengeti, Africa’s most celebrated national park. These plains are home to a great variety of wild animals. Set in the very heart of Serengeti, Serengeti Sopa Lodge lies on the Great Migration route, and twice a year, in May-June and November-December guests of the hotel can witness great numbers of wildebeest, gazelles and zebras crossing the surrounding plains in pursuit of fresh green grass. Staying in Serengeti Sopa Lodge, you’ll also have quick access to Seronera Plains that are just nearby. There, on the banks of the Seronera River you will see big populations of animals gathering to drink water.
