Activities Brubru Lodge
Materuni waterfalls
A cultural trip to the village of Chaga tribe where a local guide will introduce you to the process of coffee making. Light trekking to the Materuni Waterfalls afterward will make an excellent training before Kilimanjaro climbing.
Chemka Hot Springs
Crystal clear azure waters of Chemka Hot Springs are comparable to the waters of the Maldivian resorts. Slightly warm geothermal water will be just right to cool you down after the expedition.

Brubru Lodge on the map
Brubru Lodge is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest free standing mountain in the world and one of the seven summits. Climbers from all over the world come to Moshi to reach this summit, and Brubru Lodge is a perfect place to stop by. Nearby, within only a 10-min drive, you’ll find local markets with delicious Kilimanjaro coffee and souvenir shops. An hour drive away from Moshi, there’s Chaga village where you can plunge into the local culture, visit the highest waterfall in the region and connect with the local community.
